Costs and free shipping

Shipping from Belgium costs €9.95 per request. From €150 incl. VAT shipping is free. The shipping cost is shown in the request list and checkout.

We ship from Belgium across Europe.

Belgium: 1–2 working days. Europe: usually 2–7 working days after payment confirmation.

Every shipment gets a tracking code, emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Report transport damage within 48 hours via info@peptupeurope.com with a photo of the packaging and contents. We will ship a free replacement.
