What data and why

Contact enquiries: legitimate interest in customer service; kept up to 2 years after resolution.

Chat questions: if you use the AI assistant, we process your message to provide an answer. Do not share medical data, payment details or order data in the chat.

Recipients

Carriers (delivery), our payment provider, our hosting provider and — only with consent — Google (Analytics/Ads). When using the AI chat, your message may be sent to our AI processor Anthropic to generate the answer. We never sell your data.
