Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. VAT is shown on the invoice. Shipping costs are shown separately. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.

Request and contract

Checkout records your request and starts payment through Mollie. The contract is concluded after payment succeeds and we confirm the request.

Delivery

Delivery times are indicative but realistic per product. If delivery is delayed more than 7 days you may cancel free of charge.

No returns after delivery

There are no voluntary returns after delivery. A clearly incorrect or damaged delivery must be reported within 48 hours via info@peptupeurope.com.

Research Use Only

All peptides, reagents and accessories offered are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, diagnostics, treatment, cosmetic use, supplementation or self-experimentation.

No approval as medicine

The products are not approved by authorities such as the EMA, FAMHP, FDA or other competent authorities as medicines, medical devices, food supplements or cosmetics. Product information, Research Hub articles and chat responses are not medical advice.

Buyer responsibility

By submitting a request, the buyer confirms that they comply with the legal rules in their country or region and have sufficient knowledge to assess, store, handle and document research materials correctly. The buyer is fully responsible for use, storage, transport after receipt and further processing.

Prohibited acts

Products may not be used for human or veterinary use, self-experimentation, supplementation, medical applications, cosmetic use or claims toward third parties. Resale, distribution or transfer to third parties is prohibited unless within a legally permitted research context and with the same RUO restrictions passed on in writing.

Liability

Peptup Europe accepts no liability for misuse, abuse, incorrect storage, incorrect interpretation of research information or use outside the Research Use Only context. Our liability is in any case limited to an appropriate solution for the product concerned according to the invoice terms.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of our registered office.
