Are your products suitable for human use?
No. All products are intended exclusively for laboratory research (Research Use Only). They are not medicines or supplements and we do not provide administration or usage advice.
How do I know what is actually in a vial?
Each vial states its mg content and the product page shows COA status. Available supplier documentation is matched to the sales batch; exact batch documents can be requested by email. Blends list their full per-vial composition.
How are requests shipped?
Shipping is from Belgium. Shipping costs €9.95 and is free from €150 incl. VAT. Delivery happens after payment confirmation.
How should lyophilised peptides be stored?
Unopened: refrigerated (2–8 °C), dry and dark. Exact storage information is listed in each product's specifications.
Can I return products?
No. There are no voluntary returns after delivery. If the wrong product is delivered or the parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours by email with photos.
